use of this website, regardless of the situation.
DealerAutoDirect will have the sole right to disseminate information and accept,
decline or restrict access to any dealer who, in our opinion, has violated the
terms of this disclosure or has been in our judgment disreputable.
You further agree that by continued use of this website, you agree that any
changes to the policies set forth here are acceptable to you.

You, as a user of this website, guarantee that when offering a vehicle for sale
here, that you have a clear and transferrable title to it. If you are using us
for the title hold feature, you will overnight- fed-ex etc. your signed title
the next day after you and the buyer have agreed to terms. Please include a
return mailer. As the seller, you also agree to reimburse the buyer for
transportation in the case of YOUR MISREPRESENTATION. Minor items should not be
cause for voiding a sale.... i.e. brake pads etc.
You, as a user of this website, guarantee that when purchasing a vehicle here,
you will immediately overnight- fed-ex etc. a CERTIFIED check made out in the
SELLING DEALERS NAME to DealerAutoDirect. We will hold your check for four
working weekdays so you may be able to pick up and inspect the vehicle. If we do
not receive an e-mail from you regarding any problems, we will at that time
forward the title to you and the check to the selling dealer. Please include a
return mailer.
If you do not pick up and inspect your purchase within the four days, you waive
all rights to cancel the transaction.
All parties using this website agree to abide by DealerAutoDirects decisions
regarding any disputed transaction or misrepresentation.
If you as a user of this website, elect NOT to use the check and title hold
feature, agree and indemnify DealerAutoDirect for any loss or liability incurred
as a result of your transaction. All instances of undisclosed salvage, odometer
rollbacks, flood damage and factory buybacks shall be the responsibility of the
selling dealer to repurchase at full sale price, without a time limit. Prior
frame damage should be disclosed before the sale. If frame damage is not
disclosed, and found within the four day inspection time, the sale may be
negated by the purchasing dealer, and all monies and titles will be returned to
the dealers.
This website will operate in accordance with the laws of Henrico county, in the
state of Virginia, and you agree to be bound by them.
